Rules to be followed in the Advisor Hall.
The Advisor Hall is the building where Advisors will be found most of the times and it's located in the Thousand Years Town at the coordinates : 292, 66. We ask you to follow these simple rules while you are there :

- No Private Messages should be sent to the Advisors, they won't reply to them
- While you are there line up with the other players and wait for your turn. Advisors can reply only to one question at time. A maximum of three questions can be asked by each player.
- When you've finished with your questions, please leave the Hall. Also keep in mind that the Advisor Hall is not a chat room, so wait for your turn in silence and avoid fighting or casting spells while waiting.
- Don't block the entrance to the Advisor Hall
Any player caught breaking these rules will be suspended for a period ranging from 1 up to 5 days (or more if needed) according to the gravity of their actions.

Messageboards.
- Freeboard : this messageboard is for every kind of message, avoid any kind of spamming or vulgare language (the same rules apply to the guild messageboard).
- GM Call Board : this messageboard has to be used only to contact a Game Master accourding to the times shown on the Online Presence Table on the website. Read the rules posted on the messageboard itself before using it to avoid misuses and/or misunderstandings about it.
Any misuse of one of these messageboards could lead to a temporary or permanent suspension from this feature or from the game.

Suspension and banning procedures.
- When caught breaking one of the above rules you might get warned by a Game Master about your conduct, after a warning you're asked to immediately stop any illegal action you were committing.
- After repeated warnings or if a suspension is required according to the gravity of your actions, you'll be informed of the decision in game (when possible, obviously these first two points do not apply in case you are reported to one of the Support e-mails).
- Right after the suspension has been given an e-mail will be sent to you where you'll be notified of the suspension including the length and the reasons that led to it.
- Every suspension will be terminated at midnight of the last day of suspension.

Special Items.
Using any kind of upgrade upon items that have unlimited durability (such as Wedding Rings) give us the rights to delete them on sight. You must keep them in the same state you get them. Any item deleted due to the violation of this rule will not be restored. Also, any account found holding a character possessing any part of a special suit of items used by the staff will be permanently banned from the game.

*Note: if you send a screenshot for any of the above reasons, please be sure to leave it as it is. Do not change the file format (.cap extension) or edit it, otherwise it will not be a valid evidence. You can in case compress the file in Zip format.
