In game support is available with the use of some special message boards called "GM CALL BOARD", available in every city. Otherwise you can try to Private message a Game Master.
With "In game support" we mean Game Master support only.



Email Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5.00 pm GMT. Please allow 48 working hours for every inquire in order to receive an answer. Mails have different priorities: ECS will first reply to the e-mails about account or payment problems (Account@mythofsoma.net) then to any mail sent to Support@mythofsoma.net (Deleted character restoration, gameplay problems and general support). All the other mailboxes come in no particular order. Never forget to send the Username of the account you're asking help with.

Whenever you send a mail be sure to send a clear explanation of what you would like to ask. Any mail sent to Bugs@mythofsoma.net, must include a detailed explanation of the accident and, if possible, instructions on how to reproduce it. Money or items disappeared from your account are not considered bugs: a bug is something broken in the game (a malfunctioning NPC or a spell not working for example). Any inquiries on game related topics (ex. How to train a particular skill or what is better to hunt at a given level) should being directed to Encyclopedia@mythofsoma.net.

Any enquiry about problems related to our online forums has to be addresed to Webmaster@mythofsoma.net (always be sure to include your Username in the mail) If someone is ruining or disrupting your gameplay and even by asking him/her to stop you're still being harassed, take a screenshot (press CTRL+B and take the .cap file in your Soma client folder) and send an email to Harassment@mythofsoma.net. Keep in mind that we'll not inform you of the decision we will take against the offending player, but we will do our best to prevent the accident to happen again.

In case you should have a suggestion to improve the game the address for you is Feedback@mythofsoma.net. This address anyway has two purpouses. You can also send a mail to it if a part of the service we're offering is not fully satisfacting you (this includes the ECS). We want to deliver performance and quality to our customers and we will put all the possible efforts to reach these results.
