We are very happy to announce the new support website for Myth of Soma!

This new tool will help us to speed up the communication and problem solving processes in order to give you the best quality support on all the issues related to Myth of Soma: account, game, payment, etc.

To access the new support website just click on this link (soon you will find a button also on the Myth of Soma website).

To login you can use the same username and password you are using to log into the game.

To submit your help request please choose the appropriate support category and remember to always include all the required information that will be asked to you through an initial short survey.

Please note that this system will completely replace the old e-mail support system. All the previous support e-mail addresses will be closed and replaced by a single e-mail staff@mythofsoma.net that should be used only in case of problems accessing the new support website.

We would like to receive your feedback about this new system and about any possible improvement you might have in mind for it (you can use this thread for this purpose as well as for any question you might have).
